Full Job Description
Attending to Fire Protection customer service calls.
Employee time tracking and data entry into Quick Books.
Communicating with service technicians.
Scheduling and monitoring technicians for Fire Protection service and maintenance.
Document and update customer records.
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
Permitting paperwork and working with construction documents.
Working in fast pace Fire Protection company.
Attendance and punctuality a must!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Offices have state of the art air purification system that is proven to destroy airborne covid viruses.
Dispatching: 1 year (Preferred)
